About the book

Inner Armor tells the story of how I became one of the few women to lead multiple automotive and mobility companies at CEO level across the Middle East — and the leadership philosophy that came out of it.

I was a single mother building a career in a male-dominated industry, carrying the weight of ambition, culture and circumstance. The world measured me by gender, titles and results. What I was building was invisible: the strength that would decide the leader I became.

Out of the setbacks and the decisions no one else could make for me came a philosophy that strengthens the person before the position — two decades of executive experience across Europe and the Middle East, told through stories, insights and original frameworks including The Daughter’s Wedding Rule™.

The world is asking what artificial intelligence will become. This book asks a more enduring question: who are you becoming?

Why read it

Recognise the battle you're actually in.
The visible fight is rarely the real one.
Build strength without losing warmth.
Armor, not a wall.
Read the energy in a room before it reads you.
The first thing a leader spends.
Stop shrinking to fit.
Some rooms you were meant to change.
Lead your ego before it leads you.
Power begins with self-mastery.
Lead without choosing between strength and care.
Motherhood taught me both belong.
An excerpt

Leadership is not about becoming louder, harder, or less human to survive power. It is about building an inner strength so solid that the world eventually has no choice but to recognise it.

FAQ

I'm not a business leader. Is this book still for me?

Absolutely. Inner Armor was forged through leadership, but it was written for life. You don’t need a title to face defining choices, navigate uncertainty, outgrow what no longer serves you, or build the inner strength to become who you choose to be.

Is this a book for women?

It is written through the lens of a woman who broke barriers, but its lessons reach far beyond gender. Inner Armor speaks to anyone who has had to rise, make difficult choices, outgrow old versions of themselves, and consciously define who they want to become.

Is it a book about the car industry?

No. The car industry is the backdrop, not the story. Inner Armor is about the human journey behind ambition, power, pressure, identity, resilience, relationships, letting go, and the choices that shape who we become.

What will I be able to do differently after reading it?

Among the many lessons in Inner Armor, you will learn to read pressure differently, protect your energy, master your ego, build relationships with intention, and understand when holding on costs more than letting go. These are just some of the shifts that help you navigate life and leadership with greater clarity, strength, and conscious choice.

How is this different from other books about resilience?

Inner Armor moves beyond resilience as endurance. It explores something deeper: the inner discipline to turn pressure into clarity, adversity into strength, and every defining experience into an unshakable foundation for who you consciously choose to become.
