Sanaa Ouahmane

Two decades in automotive and mobility, across France, Qatar and the UAE — one of the most male-dominated industries there is. My journey took me from Hertz France to Almana Group in Qatar and ultimately to AWRostamani Group in Dubai, where I served as CEO of AWR Mobility and AWR Trading, leading six companies and more than 500 people.

Along the way, I built and scaled businesses, transformed underperforming operations into profitable ones, launched new ventures and business models, and led organizations through significant growth and transformation. But beyond the numbers and the businesses, the journey taught me something far more enduring: sustainable performance begins with the strength of the people behind it.

That belief became I CAN WOW, a culture and empowerment program I created to bring human and commercial performance together. In 2023, it received the Dubai Quality Group's Ideas Arabia Organizational Culture Award.

I have since stepped out of the chief executive seat to build Inner Armor Advisory — bringing more than two decades of leadership experience into a new chapter of advising, speaking and writing. The title may have changed, but the conviction has not: the most powerful transformations do not begin with strategy, systems or scale. They begin within.
